Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

Consequences of the revocation


To exercise your right, you must inform us - NINEYARD GmbH, Hofmannstrasse 5, 81379 Munich, Germany, service@nineyard.world - of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration.

To do so, simply fill out the return form enclosed with your order and send it back to our warehouse together with the goods.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your return before the end of the cancellation period. The day on which you hand in the return shipment to a parcel service provider of your choice is valid.

The customer can freely choose the shipping service provider for returns and has to bear the costs for returns himself.


The only exception is if the goods clearly arrive defective at the customer. In this case, NINEYARD GmbH will bear the costs for the return shipment. The prerequisite for this is that the defect is reported to customer support within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and documented with photos.

For your own protection, we advise you to use insured shipping with tracking when returning the goods.
If the package gets lost in transit and is not received by us, we will not be able to provide a refund.

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges if applicable, within fourteen days of the day your return is received in our warehouse.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged for the repayment.

You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. This includes, for example, soiling, odour formation, use of inadmissible means, etc.



General advice


Avoid damage and contamination of the goods.
Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

We can only guarantee a full refund if all items are returned in the condition they were in when received. Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for fitting). In addition, all tags and labels must be intact.

If items are still returned, the purchase amount will not be refunded and we will return the items to you. Please also note our 14-day returns policy. If items are returned outside this period, they will be returned to you without refund.

If you have received defective goods, please contact our customer service immediately
after receiving them and send us photos of the defect so that we can find a solution for you.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot refund defective or soiled goods.

If the goods are not returned to us as described, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of reconditioning from your refund.

Some items have additional processing to cover the zips. It is therefore particularly important that when washing, the specified and recommended washing temperature of 30° is not exceeded. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange any damage caused by improper care.

Our metal accessories such as cord ends or eyelets are covered with a fine rubber coating. When washing in the washing machine, the metal drum of the machine can cause the rubber coating to flake off. This does not change the quality or functionality of the detail or product and we cannot refund or exchange it.

If possible, please send the goods back to us insured and with a tracking number.
