RETURNS

You can return your order to us within 14 days after you receive it. It is important that the products are unworn and returned in the same condition in which you received them.

Germany & International - EU:

Here's how it works:

1. Pack the items that you do not want to keep

2. Fill out the return slip that came with your order and put it in the return package with the merchandise. Returns without a return slip cannot be assigned. This will increase the processing time of your return.

3. Send the package to the return address below.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. We recommend you to use insured shipping with tracking. If the package is lost by the shipping company and is not received by us, we will not be able to refund your money.

4. After we receive your return, we will check which items have been returned and if the items are unworn. We will then refund your payment using the payment method you selected when you placed your order. This may take up to 14 days to process. Please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Return Policy:
We can only guarantee a full refund if all items are returned in the condition they were in when received. Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (with the exception of fitting). In addition, all tags and labels must be intact. If items are still returned, the purchase amount will not be refunded and we will return the items to you. Please also note our return period of 14 days. If items are returned outside of this period, they will be returned to you without refund.

If you received defective goods, please contact our customer service immediately after you received them and send us photos of the defect so we can find a solution for you. Please do not return/send damaged goods back to us without contacting us first.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot refund defective or soiled goods.

Important: Please write "RETURNED GOODS WITHOUT COMMERCIAL VALUE" visibly on the shipping box and on the shipping label that will be placed on the outside of the package. If your return items are subject to customs duties, you can apply for a refund at customs. Please contact the customs office in your country.
