🎒 Nineyard Glemmride Backpack Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organized by Nineyard, a brand of Nineyard, based at Hofmannstr. 5, 81379 Munich, Germany.

2. Eligibility

• Open to participants aged 18 years or older.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Giveaway is open to residents of Europe only.
• Employees of Nineyard or affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on July 9th 2025 and closes on July 13th 2025 at 23:59 CET. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the giveaway form on the Nineyard landing page:

Only one entry per person is permitted.
Newsletter subscription is optional and not required for entry.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Nineyard ALL IN 30L Backpack.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
• Nineyard reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal or greater value in case of unavailability.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted via the email provided during sign-up.
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the processing of their personal data (e.g. name, email) solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
Email addresses will only be used to contact the winner and — if opted in — to send marketing emails from Nineyard.
Participants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All entry data will be deleted within 30 days after the giveaway ends unless marketing consent is given.

Nineyard reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
