Delivery:
Orders are released for shipment after payment has been confirmed. Orders are ready for dispatch within 1-5 working days (depending on order volume). There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Free shipping from a purchase value of €100 within Austria and Germany.
Delivery time with DPD or FedEx:
Within Austria 2 to 3 working days
Europe-wide 3 to 8 working days
NEW: USA 4 working days
Worldwide within 15 working days
We ship to Germany and Austria with DPD. Worldwide we ship with FedEx.
Tracking:
When your parcel leaves our headquarters, you will receive a confirmation email from us so that you can track exactly where your parcel is.
You can enter this tracking number on the DPD and Fedex website. This allows you to view the shipping status of your order.
Please note that it may take 1-2 working days before your tracking number is finally active
Customs Costs:
All orders are shipped from Austria. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU.
Outside the EU these may apply.
For deliveries to Switzerland, for example, customs duties are usually only incurred from a value of goods of approx. 150€. However, it is important to note that import sales tax is still payable.
The customs duties are 100% payable to the customs authorities of the country of destination and must be paid by you.
ATTENTION - we ship to customs countries with the shipping company FedEx. FedEx charges a commission for the customs clearance of the goods, which is to be borne by the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these costs.
